Cancel Reschedule Appointment
If you can’t attend or want to reschedule the appointment, please give us a call at 0422 506 899 to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the appointment.
We reserve the right to charge you 50% of the treatment cost if you don’t providing 24 hours prior notice.

Stripe's Fee won't be returned
Refund
If you are meet our refund policy, we will issue full refund to you, except Stripe’s Fee. (Refunds take 5-10 days to appear on a customer’s statement. Stripe’s fees for the original payment won’t be returned, but there are no additional fees for the refund.)
